COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 6 hour, full day course for Designates, administration, facility department directors, and leadership will prepare you and your facility to serve the growing LGBTQ+ market place and earn "In Person- Designate" training certification for NJS2545, the LGBTQI+, HIV+ LTC Bill of Rights, required to work in LTC in the state of New Jersey.
Includes 30 minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks.
This live training will enable you to serve as your facility's designated contact for NJS2545 and lead your facility in protocol and practice legislation compliance.
Minimum attendance 10 persons, maximum attendance 40 persons.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 6 hour, full day course for administration, department directors, leadership and staff of LTC, independent living, adult day care, home care, and hospice will prepare you and your agency to serve the growing LGBTQ+ market place and earn certification from LGBT Senior Housing and Care and approved training for application to the Human Rights Campaign LEI index.
Includes 30 minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks.
