Amy is President of LGBT Senior Housing and Care and the founding director of the LGBTSHC program. Amy is the president of ASimonSays,LLC a WBE public and community relations firm since 2003. ASimonSays specializes in public relations, advocacy policy initiatives and reputation management for agencies, small business, not-for-profits , healthcare, manufacturing, service industries and the arts. Dr. David Rosen DBH, LCSW

David is the Director of Education and Training, and a founding member of LGBT Senior Housing and Care. David is also the Clinical Director, at Hudson Pride Center of NJ. He is a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Social Work at Rutgers University. David earned his Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and his Masters in Social Work at Rutgers University.
Bianca Mayes MPH, CHES

Bianca is a dedicated public health advocate for the health and wellness of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community. She is responsible for developing and training in LGBTQ+ cultural competency. Bianca’s career has focused on healthcare for marginalized populations. She was an Atlantic Health System health educator and a research associate for Community Health and Population Health Sciences. Bianca is a founding member of LGBT Senior Housing and Care.
Dr. Tyree Oredein DrPH

Director Health Education
Tyree Oredein earned a doctorate of Public Health from Rutgers University of NJ, a Masters in Public Health from Hunter College and a BA in Biological Science and Sociology from Wellesley College. She is the program director for Lead for Diversity Institute, responsible for the implementation off the social justice leadership program for high school students. She has served as the Safe Schools Coordinator for Garden State Equality and as the Health and Training Coordinator for the Hudson Pride Center in New Jersey. She served as a project director for Select Media in New York City and is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University.
Kat Verdi MAT, CADDCT

Kat is an Alzheimer’s Association Trained Volunteer Support Group Facilitator & Community Engagement Representative for New Jersey. She has years of experience assisting families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s. Kat is a Caregiver, Aging Adult, LGBTQ Elder Senior Living & Healthcare Advocacy Consultant. She guides and advocates for “Adult Children Caregivers with Careers” (ACCC), Adults Aging in Place (AAIP) and LGBTQ Elders in the many facets families face with their loved ones in Senior Living and Healthcare.Kat Verdi’s credentials: Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT) & Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM)

Chaltu Bernstein is an experienced administrator for leadership and teams. She has a BS in Political Science from San Francisco State University. "Cece" grew up in SF with two moms and a ethnically diverse family. She is thrilled to use her LBTQ+ alliance in the service of LGBTQ+ adults and older adults.

Graeme Davis is an occupational therapy associate who has worked in longterm care for decades. Graeme is a founding task force member of LGBTSHC. He lives in Delaware and is active in numerous LGBTQ+ organizations and advocacy initiatives. He serves as secretary of the board of trustees on the LGBT Senior Housing and Care Foundation.
